This is the reason I got into this line of work: I was tired of the endless buy-and-replace cycle of mass-produced furniture—spending hundreds only to watch a piece fall apart from everyday use or arrive and being disappointed in the quality. For the last ten years I’ve made furniture with intention: purposely built to last, purposely built to perform, and purposely built to add beauty to a room. There’s a weight to a skillfully made piece. True quality carries a subtle presence that store-bought pieces simply cannot match.

No two spaces are the same — why should cabinets be any different? Custom cabinets are exactly that: built to a unique configuration, size, style, and function your space demands while using materials and methods that offer high durability. Where box stores sell thin particleboard stapled together boxes. I use 3/4" hardwood plywood for the boxes, assembled with actual joinery. Frames and doors are made from solid hardwood and assembled with mortise and tenon joinery. Every drawer has hand-cut dovetails that look and function better than machine made. Finished off with top shelf hardware. These cabinets will stand up to the test of time and trends.

Not every project calls for drawers, table legs, or a showroom centerpiece; often the work that defines a space is quieter— crown molding, a feature wall, wall paneling, a custom door etc. I value those subtle elements and I am set up to produce any millwork you’re looking for. Whether you need a custom profile, or you’re drawn to a historic pattern, or just need a standard molding. I’m equipped to produce the pieces that finish a room with details meant to be displayed not tolerated.

I’m not confined to the shop. I’ll pack up and come to you—installing my own products or installing someone else’s. I offer finish carpentry services that extend beyond furniture and cabinet making. Cabinet, door, window, trim, wall paneling, faux beams, and more. If needed, I can perform the other surrounding trade’s work to be your one stop shop.

Bring the project to me, or let me bring the workshop to you. I build and install pieces that last.

After several holidays and toddler birthdays, I've carved out a corner of the shop for small novelties—things that fit in little hands and on counter tops yet carry the same quality as larger commissions. From child carpenter tool sets to cutting boards to jewelry boxes each piece has a unique look and feel that never goes unnoticed. Nothing is too unique to build; these pieces are small but attract big attention. Everything is better handmade—because details seen and unseen are what makes the difference.

Every project starts as an idea. Having a craftsman who can translate that idea into thoughtful form and reliable function makes all the difference. Whether you hand me a screenshot or simply describe a space you can’t settle on, I’ll guide you through design choices and make recommendations that best suit your needs. I produce a scaled sketch for every project and include finished samples and detailed notes so you can see and feel the materials and understand the construction before any work begins to ensure the piece not only looks right on paper but becomes the piece that you envisioned.
